In the early days of our operations, we started off as the in-house maintenance team of an established development company. In a couple of years, we grew into a full-fledged construction company to meet the demands of the development company as they expanded.
We remained under the same roof as the developer for a good solid fifteen years. Majority of our projects are residential developments, with commercial & industrial projects making up the rest.
Our very own office and stockyard came about in 2004; after we have established our name in the market as a medium size contractor. Our core management and staff grew to 20 people. Our direct foreign labour numbers at about 100 at present.

Along with economic tides, we have kept going at a consistent energetic pace. There were times of slowing down, but no idling, for we revamped the company structure as deemed fit.
Our site staff and workers undergo relevant upgrading and skills development, whenever applicable.
We strive to better the construction in the field whilst not compromising the requisites of the government authorities / developer / consultants.
Mr Michael Liew is the managing director for both GA Construction Pte Ltd and Land Resources Builders Pte Ltd. He has more than 35 years of construction experience and is the key person in the company since its formation.
Working closely with Michael in GA Construction Pte Ltd is Mr Mo Inn Teck who joined the company since 1999. Mr Mo has more than 25 years of construction experience and he primarily oversees site operations.
